Does living near Lavon Lake affect how the house gets dirty?

It does, and we plan for it. Homes close to the lake pick up more airborne dust and pollen, humidity keeps bathrooms and utility rooms damp longer, and there is a lot more traffic in and out through back doors and patios in summer. We give patio doors, glass, window sills and bathroom exhaust areas extra attention on lakeside homes rather than treating them like an inland house.
