Please note that we can only process these requests during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated as it helps us maintain our promise of exceptional service.

Providing us with sufficient notice for any appointment changes enables us to serve our clients better and keep our technicians’ schedules on track, ensuring both customer and employee satisfaction. Additionally, it helps us avoid any cancellation or skip fees.

Rescheduling Policy:

To uphold the quality and consistency of our cleaning services, we encourage our clients to adhere to their scheduled appointments. However, if rescheduling becomes necessary, we request that you utilize our appointment reschedule form for all such requests.

Please be aware that depending on the frequency of your service, extra time may be required to restore your home to its usual standard during our next visit. Consequently, a skip fee of $35.00 will be applied to your next cleaning session.

It’s important to note that rescheduling requests made within the cancellation window (48 business hours before the appointment) will incur a cancellation fee as outlined in our cancellation policy. However, rescheduling within the same week as the original appointment (within 7 days) will not result in any additional charges.

Cancellation and Lockout Policy:

At Green Cleaning DFW, we highly value the time of both our employees and clients. Hence, we maintain a strict 48-business-hour cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to other clients. Should you cancel or reschedule within the 48 business hour window, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total service fee will apply.

Please be aware that same-day cancellations, instances where our employees are unable to access your home upon arrival, or if our employees are turned away at the door upon arrival, will result in being charged the full price of the service fee. This is due to the inability to fill the appointment slot within such a short notice.
