Recurring Maid Service Across Rockwall, Collin and Hunt Counties

A recurring maid service is a standing appointment with the same small team, on the same schedule, in the same home. That is what separates it from a one-off clean: nobody is starting from zero each visit, so the time goes into keeping a home genuinely clean rather than digging it out. After the first two or three visits a home settles into a baseline, and from there the same appointment window covers noticeably more work.

We have run recurring routes across this part of North Texas for 17 years, from Rockwall and Rowlett out to Greenville and Quinlan, and north through Garland, Richardson, Plano, McKinney and Allen. Everything we use is eco-friendly and safe around children and pets — no bleach fog, no lingering fragrance, no chemical smell when you walk back in.

Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly: How to Choose

Most people ask us which frequency they need before they ask what it costs, and the honest answer depends on far more than square footage. These are the patterns we actually see across our routes:

Weekly maid service

Best for households with shedding pets, small children, or three or more adults sharing a kitchen. Weekly is also the right answer for homes with dark or high-gloss flooring, where dust and paw prints show within days, and for anyone working from home who has to look at the room all day. Weekly visits are usually shorter than biweekly ones — there is simply less to reset.

Biweekly maid service

This is our most common schedule by a wide margin, and for most two-adult households with one pet it is the point where the home never really gets away from you. Bathrooms and the kitchen stay ahead of buildup, and floors get done often enough that grit does not start scratching finishes.

Monthly maid service

Works well for smaller households, empty nesters, second homes and lightly used properties. It is a reset rather than maintenance, so monthly visits run longer and cost more per visit. If you find the last week of the cycle is always uncomfortable, biweekly is usually the better value even though the monthly invoice is higher.

Every four weeks vs. monthly

Worth knowing: we schedule on a four-week cycle rather than a calendar month, which gives you 13 visits a year instead of 12 and keeps your visit on the same weekday. Clients on tight routines almost always prefer it.

What Changes the Price of a Recurring Maid Service

Frequency matters, but it is rarely the biggest factor. In this market the things that move a quote most are:

  • Number of bathrooms — bathrooms are the most labour-dense rooms in any house, far more so than bedrooms.
  • Pets — not the pet itself but the hair volume and the extra floor passes it needs.
  • Hard water — much of Collin County runs hard, and glass shower enclosures and chrome fixtures need descaling attention that a soft-water home never does.
  • Flooring mix — large-format tile with wide grout lines, or a house that is mostly hard surface, takes longer than carpet.
  • Home age — original unsealed grout and older painted trim need gentler products and more careful work than a five-year-old build.
  • Clutter level — not a judgement, just physics; every surface that has to be cleared and reset is time.

What does not change the price: how often you book does not change our hourly value, and there is no contract or cancellation fee. If a week is bad, skip it.

What Is Included in Every Recurring Visit

The checklist above covers the standing scope in every room. Beyond that, a few things are worth calling out because they are where recurring service earns its keep:

  • Rotating deep tasks. Baseboards, door frames, vents, interior window sills and light fixtures rotate through the schedule so each gets proper attention several times a year without a separate deep-clean invoice.
  • The same team. You get consistency in who is in your home and what they already know about it — which cabinet sticks, which floor cannot take moisture, where the dog hides.
  • Product safety. Registered peroxide-based disinfectant where disinfecting is genuinely needed, pH-neutral cleaners on stone and sealed wood, and patch-testing before anything acidic touches an old finish.
  • Entry that suits you. Lockbox, code, garage or in-person — most of our recurring clients are not home during the visit.

Recurring Maid Service vs. House Cleaning vs. Deep Cleaning

These get used interchangeably, and the difference matters when you are comparing quotes:

  • Recurring maid service is ongoing maintenance on a fixed schedule at a maintenance rate.
  • A deep clean is a one-time reset that reaches accumulated buildup — grout, appliance interiors, baseboards, inside cabinetry. Most new recurring clients start here, then drop to the maintenance rate.
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning is a deep clean of an empty property, with different priorities again: inside every cabinet and drawer, appliance interiors, and no furniture to work around.

If you are not sure which you need, book the assessment and we will tell you honestly — there is no point selling a deep clean into a home that does not need one.
