Our loyalty program rewards long-term residential recurring clients while helping us maintain a fair, consistent schedule.
How the Loyalty Program Works
After 12 completed, paid recurring cleanings, the 13th cleaning is free.
Loyalty progress begins with cleanings completed on or after January 1, 2026.
Schedule Consistency
We encourage clients to keep their recurring schedule whenever possible, as consistency helps us maintain reliable teams and predictable service.
What Counts Toward Loyalty Progress
Loyalty rewards are earned through completed, paid recurring cleanings.
After 12 completed, paid recurring cleanings, the 13th cleaning is free.
Skipped or canceled cleanings do not count toward loyalty progress.
Additional clarification:
Cleanings that are part of a prepaid plan or already discounted do not count toward loyalty rewards accrual.
Customers currently receiving free cleanings or promotional benefits as part of a signup offer will continue under those terms.
Loyalty Reset Thresholds (Rolling 6-Month Window)
Loyalty resets are triggered only by:
- Skipped or canceled cleanings, or
- Reschedules that break schedule continuity
Reschedules that preserve continuity (same week or keeping future visits unchanged) do not count against loyalty.
Reset rules:
- 2 skips or continuity-breaking reschedules → progress resets
- 3 or more → loyalty eligibility removed
Program Discretion
The loyalty program may be modified, paused, or discontinued in the future.
Any rewards already earned will be honored.
