We quote a flat per-visit rate in advance based on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms and how much detail the first visit needs, rather than a per-square-foot formula. Older Greenville homes with original finishes sometimes take longer on a first visit, which is why we quote after understanding the home. There is no contract and no cancellation penalty.
