Carefully. Grout in a new build is often unsealed and porous for the first months, so it absorbs anything acidic or heavily pigmented and stains far more easily than people expect. We clean it with a pH-appropriate product and a grout brush rather than a flooded flat mop, and we will tell you when a floor would benefit from sealing before it picks up permanent marks.
