Slightly, yes. Homes on the north and east sides of Wylie closer to Lake Lavon deal with more humidity, which pushes mildew into shower corners, grout lines and window frames faster than in drier parts of the metroplex. On those homes we spend more time on bathroom grout and seals and less on general dusting, and we will point out ventilation problems if we see the same spot coming back every visit.
