Yes, and we do a lot of pre-move-in cleans in Wylie’s newer sections. A builder clean is a surface tidy, so what is left is drywall dust inside cabinets and closet shelves, grout haze on tile, adhesive residue on windows and appliances, and dust sitting in the vents. It is far easier and cheaper to deal with before your furniture arrives.
