Yes. A lot of properties around College Mound and out along the FM roads sit on acreage, and those houses have their own pattern: more dirt tracked in at entries, well water leaving mineral deposits in showers and on fixtures, and often a workshop or mud room that takes the worst of it. We plan extra time for entries and wet areas on those homes instead of pretending they clean like a suburban tract house.
