Murphy homes are family homes with busy kitchens, shared bathrooms and a lot of foot traffic through the living areas, and most of our cleanings happen while the house is empty. We use a code, lockbox or smart lock, text when the team arrives and text again when they leave. We hold the same day and, wherever scheduling allows, the same team, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
