Yes, and we treat them differently from new construction. Terrell has a genuinely old housing stock, which means original hardwood, painted woodwork, plaster walls, clawfoot tubs and hardware that will not survive an aggressive scouring product. We use pH-neutral cleaners and soft cloths on those surfaces, keep water off unsealed wood, and if you have something original you are protective of, show us on the first visit and we will note it in your file.
