Yes, and in this housing stock it genuinely matters. Acidic cleaners etch marble and limestone permanently, and too much water or vinegar dulls hardwood finishes over time. We use pH-neutral products on stone and barely-damp microfiber on wood. If you have a honed, sealed or specialty finish, show us on the first visit and it goes into your file for every visit after.
