Yes, and we treat them differently from new construction. Greenville has genuinely old housing: original hardwood, painted woodwork, plaster, clawfoot tubs and hardware that will not survive an aggressive scouring product. We use pH-neutral cleaners and soft cloths on those surfaces and keep water off unsealed wood. Point out anything original on the first visit and we will note it permanently in your file.
