Yes, and it matters in Murphy’s housing stock. Acidic cleaners etch marble, granite sealer and limestone, and too much water or vinegar dulls hardwood finishes over time. We use pH-neutral products on stone and barely-damp microfiber on wood floors. If you have a particular honed or sealed finish, show us on the first visit and we will record it in your file.
