Cancel / Skip / Reschedule Policy
For deep cleaning, 1st time cleaning and move in/out cleanings: Do you need to CANCEL an appointment?
- At least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) is required to avoid a cancellation fee. We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.
- If a cleaning appointment is canceled with less than 48hrs notice, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
- Cancellation examples:

- Unable to gain access to enter home
- No running water
- No electricity
- No working A/C
- Etc.
For recurring clients: Do you need to SKIP a cleaning?
A skip fee will be added to your next cleaning service to help compensate for any additional labor required due to the skipped cleaning. Below is a breakdown of the skip fees:
- Weekly: $15.00
- Every 2 Weeks: $20.00
- Every 4 Weeks: $40.00
For recurring clients: Do you need to RESCHEDULE your cleaning?
- We understand life happens, and there are times when changes occur. If you wish to reschedule service, your rescheduled date must be made within the same week of your originally scheduled service to avoid reschedule fees.
- Reschedules made outside of the original service week are subject to the fee of $10 for each week outside of the regular recurring schedule.
- If a cleaning appointment is rescheduled less than 48hrs in advance, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
- Rescheduling your cleaning appointment does not change your recurring schedule. If one week, you reschedule your regularly scheduled Monday appointment to Friday, your next cleaning will still fall on your regularly scheduled Monday.
